Threads Downloader ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Important Note on Our Service

Threads Downloader does not host, store, or modify any third-party content. Our tool is a real-time pass-through service that fetches media directly from Threads' servers and delivers it to the user. Since we do not host any files, we cannot "take down" content from the internet. To permanently remove content, you must contact the platform where the content is hosted (e.g., Instagram/Threads).

However, we can disable access to our tool for specific URLs if they are proven to be infringing.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content accessed via threadvideodownloader.com infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to block access to our service for users or specific URLs that are repeatedly involved in copyright infringement claims.
